There was a rumour on interest rates may go down to elivate housing!! but seeing the news and situation I don’t think FED can do this at this moment and it turns to a real foolish.

What I am seeking or asking is, generally will these auction go with fair or some groups as lobbysts work there to increase price. How honest the things conducting. I am sure few of us might have attended and can give some pointers what steps that can guide us etc?

5yearwaiterParticipantThanks for comments and information. So every information about these auctions and foreclosures are need to be subscribed though it is not going to be up to date or fresh. This is where exactly I caught up and now the forclosure business trend is kind of up, why not fully detailed information sites or relevant agents showing up as compare to regular MLS sellings?.
