Yup! It’s almost over our economy. The way it was raised is not happened at wall street too. Daily jump of $1500 to $2000 in the prices. Which stock or which bond name it any such raised. Now at least it has to check back half the way otherwise it is not cool our system where Salaries just same level but housing jump around 220% over all in Southern California.

5yearwaiterParticipantWhen are you going to find the same in San Diego area. I am almost waiting since 5 years and seeing the mad buyers who just felt happy when prices climbed day by day and calculators worked great. However I am not understanding now why the heck Rally and Housing Investor Protest and all. The situation was something like You are in Casino and it is your money how much you gamble? win or lose ? and how much you save finally. I wouldn’t expect daily a big RALLy at Las Vegas or Rheno π

5yearwaiterParticipantIf FED goes to lower interest rates again making mistakes in the housing and going to disaster housing for further. I beleive the THEOREY what explained is correct, but the prevailed several guess is not letting interest rate DOWN at this moment to welcome another puzzle to resolve.

5yearwaiterParticipantNot really prices came down to 2004 level, due to the reason the homeowners still in the dream of to get that level price to their houses. Reality is whoever want to must sell they sure already slipping those 2004 price too. The worst had yet to come.

5yearwaiterParticipantI don’t think this will give any boost to the home buying at least any 0.01% in total. I knew many ,,, many who earned this much already bought houses in the boom start period and end up in much safer positions and ofcourse they are still on H1 work visas. So the % i have mentioned is very less in this cadre to buy nation wide it might hit 0.01% boost also they are all aware how to react in this cold market ,, just becomes wait watchers to take gain of housing bottom.
