4S Ranch–stubborn builders and sellers
the prices for new homes in 4S Ranch have not moved down from spring 2007…I don’t think the bottom is close yet however the builders & sellers are holding strong in 4S ranch as many have already taken 10-15% hit depreciation already from peak in 2005. One builder told me that the thought prices will only increase in Spring (either he’s delusional or lying)
I too am one of the sellers trying to wait and I agree with SD Realtor as people who are buying home now just want to enjoy it and can’t wait. I’m trying to hang on as long as possible and do not think the prices in 4S Ranch have reached 5% off the bottom.

4spotentialbuyerParticipantThis house is no longer listed on mls. Could a realtor find out if this house has been sold and for how much? I was using this as a gauge to see how much and how fast 4S Ranch would drop. Apparently with the feds cutting interest rates, we will hit rock bottom much later than I would have hoped.
