Participant7 out of 10 homes are now sold, they sold the majority of phase 5a at these prices and then released phase 5b. This is impressive given that they had only sold 1 new house in March prior to the reduction in prices. Prior to that, they had not sold a house since October as the first homes in phase 5a were released in October 2007.
