It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that Christianity was used to control the mass in those days. Whether Christianity is a big hoax or not, the point of the movie is for us to open up our minds and stop settling for the first informations that we hear. I am appalled at the large number of minions who still believes and supports the false story behind the 9/11 attack. Why can’t we simply look at the simple evidence? The plane that supposedly collided in the Pentagon? Why can’t the Pentagon – one of the most surveilled area in this nation – provide us with a full length clip of the collision???

If that alone doesn’t convince you that you are being DUPED, then you are just one of the followers who will never really understand the true capacity of our OWN individual minds. Hello everyone. My name is Ashley and I am the author of the website linked to above (thedevineevidence.com). I found this post today during a web search.

The introduction on my linked page is called a fallacy due to the fact I encourage my readers to get to the actual religious sources and text of the religious figures in question and even quote their religious texts on my site.

Let me ask you this, where else should one go? That is about the best source you can find when it comes to learning about the figures in question. I guarantee you the creators of this movie did not go to the original source but instead used second hand and already-debunked sources.

Also- someone else stated my site could not be taken seriously as I use biblical references as evidence. Please point out where this is done as I have gone to great lengths to use ONLY extra-biblical sources to validate my research. Scriptural references are only used on my site to show what the Bible says about a certain event or fact but it is never used to back up my research.

Be brainwashed is a sad thing. Take some time to investigate the religious texts for yourself- don’t take my word for it. And for heaven’s sake, don’t take anything in a movie at face value. 🙂

This response was completely consistent with the tenor of this thread (which is a separate issue from it being on this board in the first place). However, another person posted this link and got the ball rolling.

So, I seriously don’t get your comment at all. It was quite rude, actually, and completely ad hominem.

Since this is a housing bubble blog (and not a religious blog), I’d suggest that interested persons (whether skeptics or people of faith)check out the very interesting and recent debate between Christopher Hitchens and Dinesh D’Souza. These gentleman represent both sides very admirably.
