Who didn’t love yelling “liar,liar,pants on fire” at David on T.V.? Or how about when bombed with data about a crash he says “Portland is up 1.2%.” Those gems will be missed.

Here is what we are left with:

He is probably contractually prohibited from doing this, but if he wasn’t such a book could set NAR back quite a bit.
