ParticipantThe prime areas of South Park are funny. I had a listing that had to be sold (short sale) and we reduced it until we found the market. When I ran comps I found lots of overpriced properties that never got reduced to market and eventually came off the market unsold. Some of those side streets dropping down into the canyons are really cool and the long time owners will only sell if they get “their price” which is no longer possible.
