Thats alot of money but its a great view on a large lot with a private beach. Its pretty clear you are paying for the lot (whatever that is worth) and not the house. Price per sf on something like that is irrelevant.

The odd thing is, it’s really hard to find that original 477K sale recorded anywhere. I think the real estate agent deleted the history from Zillow.
