I don’t understand either, 380K for a person making 120K seems very reasonable. Alot of people that bought stuff they couldn’t afford bought 700K making 120K

What sort of changes do you see? I’m interested because you’ve been gone awhile, and things have really changed a lot in our world. The government is encouraging and abetting criminal and/or unscrupulous behavior, and housing prices are rising along with the stock market during “The Greatest Recession Since the Great Depression” and with unemployment levels that haven’t been seen since the early 80s.
The world has been turned upside-down, the bears are now bulls, and the responsible people are now encouraging irresponsible behavior in others (because we feel like chumps for being responsible). So…what’s changed? π
