Very good idea Jimmy. I don’t think it would hurt you much to wait and see what happen this winter. Winter have always been the slower season anyways. Should be less buyers out there.If you have no children yet, that means it’ll be at least another 7 years before you even have to think about school. Even then, personally, I hardly think there’s a huge difference at the elementary level between a school that’s ranked 9 vs a school that’s ranked 10. I think it’s only when you get to HS level where it would make a much bigger difference.

ParticipantGood advice that there’s no rush, but last I checked, it comes in at 5.75 years–we can call it 6. I’ll go even more out on a limb to suggest that one or two parents just might think about schools the day before they drop junior off for kindergarten.
