GuestAt first glance, it seems priced to sell. My word of caution is to be careful when comparing with median pricing for Mira Mesa as a whole since this house and the neighborhood is on the high-end side of the scale.

Participantlooking at the comps for sales and listings, it appears to be priced right. It is about the same as it’s 2003 price. Fair for the current market, yes, screaming deal, maybe not.

ParticipantYes, this definitely is priced right for the current market. Definitely not a screaming deal, unless you can buy it for $400k (20% less than asking). Late last year, something like this probably would go for mid $400k.
