The demand. I have posted more then once about the current demand in PQ. Especially for the entry level stuff. Houses that were in the high 400s in the fall and and summer of last year are now up about 10-15% in price.

Yeah, I notice the trend too. I want to see what happens in Nov to January and decide. Might need to wait another year. I don’t really have to buy in PQ. Like AN pointed out, the schools in MM are decent and we have no children yet. Just planning.
