Ed lempert bought Sears in 2005 and merged it with
KMart.I think he wants to challenge WalMart.

The bank had a problem with that and Sears stonewalled us in any attempts to get it off our report. Basically, told us to fugg off. Even after trying to pay it.
I FRIGGIN hate Sears more than I hate cats!!
