ParticipantMy house used to have one, when I bought it, it was in bad shape,
so I removed it. Used the money i would be spending to buy a tankless
water heater.I don’t see a lot of value in them, i’d rather have filters to absorb
stuff out of the water, or get a heat exchanger to recover
heat from the shower.even better put the money into a solar hot water heater.
