Guestdave…, well, DUH!!!,of course your contributions have been more. You’re on the board of a bank (or something like that). Prior to May 2007, I was a starving student for 3 years. So, what is there to brag about?
Actually, every year I bought a qualifying Cristopher Radko Christmas ornament, a portion of the proceeds from the sale went to charity.
Does that count?

GuestOk, dave, I don’t even want to get started with you, but, alas, I can’t help myself.
First I’d like to say, my opinion of you may be changing since you’ve revealed that you support these charities. That’s a good thing.
Now, do you have to start talking about how “God” let these girls down? They’re breathing, aren’t they? Life’s not fair, but it doesn’t mean we have to blame God for every little thing. Atheists bug the hell out of me (pun intended).

ParticipantOk, dave, I don’t even want to get started with you…
Then don’t.
…but, alas, I can’t help myself.
That sounds about right. You have no discipline.
my opinion of you may be changing
Don’t waste your time.
I won’t take the bait and engage you in a religious discussion just as I don’t wrestle with pigs in the mud. (Everyone ends up dirty but the pig enjoys it.) Besides, if your other posts are any indication, your views on religion are most likely simplistic, naive, and uninformed, so from my point of view there’s really no upside for me in discussing it with you.

Guest…Pigs in the mud? That’s rich, lol.
Brr, I’m feeling a cold breeze right now.
By the way, my views on religion are far from naive, simplistic and uninformed. I’ve struggled with a lot of things concerning my religion and rejected the denomination I grew up in as well as my father’s old religion: Catholicism.
One thing I do know is I feel sorry for the Atheist. I view him as someone with no hope, He’s just here and after that, nothing. Lights out for good. Bring on the flames.
But, this isn’t a religious discussion.
