Yes – on the Albertson side ..kind of OK but on the other side already Intuit high buildings covered the entire place and there is another Kilroy builders need to dig earth any time. Honestly that area is the first quick downfall (already fewer homes slide a lot) and price slide, eventually no one likes to live there in fewer neighbourhoods where you can’t have a place to stop your car infront of the road where your house resides.

My appraisal came through more than what I am paying. I was worried about it.
