With massive foreclosures and no end in sight we see more and more FBs dumping tangible assets on craigslist at firesale prices. I’m wondering if now might be a good time to look into scooping up a FBs time share for a song? Or might it be prudent to wait until there is more “blood in the street”? Any thoughts or opinions? Timeshares are almost always a bad bet, why bother? Just find a cheap hotel to stay in where ever you want to go, as opposed to being tied to the same place at the same time, year after year.
