When applying for a home equity loan, it’s important to bring the necessary documents asked for by your lender. These include:
Copies of your pay check or stubs
other debts that you have
Documentation of your home’s appraisal and inspection if required
Documentation of any necessary insurance
calculated by taking the current value of your home
subtracting your mortgage.

If you’re looking for a place where people will say about you, “wow. What a jerk. Pimping his loans on a housing market forum. Of all the mortgage salesmen out there, I know which one not to call,” you’ve come to the right place. If you’re looking to sell a mortgage, probably not so much.June 30, 2006 at 6:37 AM #27605powaysellerParticipant
I have an idea for you: help people convert ARMs into 30 year fixed mortgages. This strategy helps people avoid foreclosure and bankruptcy. The HELOC is not a good idea right now, since it causes people to take on more debt on a depreciating asset. I would even say it is unethical in this market.
Could you get a list of ARM holders from a database? Go for it…June 30, 2006 at 7:00 AM #27606BugsParticipant
Basic Baked SPAM
1 can SPAM 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
Whole cloves 2 teaspoons water
2/3 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Score SPAM in diamond pattern and dot with cloves. Mix sugar, vinegar, mustard, water and Worchestershire. Brush on SPAM. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, basting three or four times. Note: This is a generous amount of topping, enough for two cans of SPAM at once, if you want to serve more.July 1, 2006 at 2:05 AM #27632rankandfileParticipant
Bugs, you must have recited that recipe from memory. No eggs with your SPAM? I’ve heard Imran on the radio before. He’s got some balls for posting that here. I am going out on a limb here, but I don’t think he’ll get a lot of business from this site.July 1, 2006 at 8:08 AM #27633BugsParticipant
I reckon this forum probably wouldn’t be a good site to sell anything.July 1, 2006 at 4:48 PM #27654barnaby33Participant
Not true, I bet if I put together a list of obnoxious religious organizations and a list of all the realtors/brokers/insert RE profession here, by zip code and charged for merging sections of 1 with the other in order to, “sign them up.” I could get some buyers on this list.
