Update time!
Short sales 7,164 up from 7,031.
Countywide we are at 17,888 up from 17,792.
All in all, a very stagnant market. Lots of offers floating around. Deals are hard to put together and take more time as many require lender approval. Lots of activity on the low-end of 450 and below. Foreclosures sell quickly with many offers when priced right.

Short sales 6,867 which is a pretty big drop from 7,164 last week.
Countywide we are at 17,812 down from 17,888 last week.
My latest NOD reports coming from title companies seem to be shrinking substantially for now. I’ll keep you posted as to how this goes.

Short sales 7,401 which is a very big increase from 6,897 last week.
Countywide we are at 17,925 up from 17,812 last week.
Inventory relatively flat while short sale numbers skyrockets. Not sure if this is an aberation or something real? Something to watch the next few weeks.

April 14, 2008 at 10:34 AM #186764DWCAPParticipantsdr, I think you got an outlier last week. You have been getting 100-200 increases each week, then suddenly get a -300 drop. Then the next week it goes back up some 500+. I think it is alot more likely that you got a bad data point last week then short sale listing are suddenly bucking long term trends and jumping around like that.
