ParticipantTo add to your added post, the nice upper middle class communities in NCC arent all that large for metro area with 4M people. Back where I grew up in a metro only slightly larger there were alot more areas like this demographically. The “sdr areas” held up because there are enough people that can afford them, enough people coming to replace that who cant and enough people who will pay big rents to be here allowing many distressed homeowners to rent it out and hang on for better days. Bring on the next recession, I’m sure it will be as ugly as the last but I have confidence in the staying power and long term growth of my community. Quite simply, I beleive it is as good as it gets anywhere in the US if not the world.
