ParticipantIf at all possible, always buy a house that has enough land to have a good sized garden – because you never know…
Also, in talking with some friends of mine interested in buying in Temecula, they are reporting multiple offers on properties they have made offers on.

ParticipantAbout three weeks ago, I warned my husband that I wanted to acquire a few chickens so that I can enjoy guilt-free eggs.
He just rolled his eyes into his head like he so often does…his first question was, “who cleans the chicken coop?” He will, of course! ๐
We recently closed on a house with on a 1/2 + acre lot in Temecula and, according to the city of Temecula, I can have FOUR hens on a lot of that size.
The real question will be whether or not our HOA will allow hens in the backyard. My guess is a resounding “no.”
