ParticipantThis is a crap shoot. IMO it won’t be so linear. Temecula goes low, later on La Jolla goes low. Then Temecula goes even lower, and the cycle repeats… The less desired hoods will start the descent first and will end last. I think the question should be: when will the last of the last of the less-desired areas bottom out? That is the true bottom.
