The search will be simplistic but not conventional. I will type 4S Ranch into the subdivision field for the MLS and record what comes up. I will not be doing an incremental look at what sold or didn’t sell each week. Ask your realtor to do that for you. I want to see how the number of short sales and lendor owned properties vary. I will simply search for short, lender, bank, and reo in the remarks and confidential remarks to see what comes up. I will do this for actives/pendings/solds only okay?
