Stonebridge-what does the future bring?

CA Renter – I agree about that model and new construction. When we were figuring out design details on our granny flat we went out and looked at these models just to see how high end stuff is done (details like gutters on tile roofs, etc.) This model was the best – single level… the center courtyard,lots of usable space, not a lot of wasted space.

That single story is a really nice design. When we were looking at this property and another about 3-4 doors down, single story as well, I seem to remember the asking prices were in the mid to high $900’s.
I see that Montoro has dropped their asking price, I’m sure the Viscaya (sp) homes have something to do with that. I have noticed increased traffic on weekends with people driving the neighborhood.

The buyer got a really good deal on Greenstone. I think the owners/flipper for Shadetree needs the higher end of the listing to make money and at least 1.1mil to break even. If only I could find something like these homes in the lower 600’s. I guess I will just have to dream for now and save money and wait for the next shoe to fall.
