Great price
That single story is a really nice design. When we were looking at this property and another about 3-4 doors down, single story as well, I seem to remember the asking prices were in the mid to high $900’s.
I see that Montoro has dropped their asking price, I’m sure the Viscaya (sp) homes have something to do with that. I have noticed increased traffic on weekends with people driving the neighborhood.

I think the owners/flipper for Shadetree needs the higher end of the listing to make money and at least 1.1mil to break even. If only I could find something like these homes in the lower 600’s. I guess I will just have to dream for now and save money and wait for the next shoe to fall.
