August 17, 2009 at 9:07 AM #445512AnonymousGuestHi: I am not a realtor, just a homeowner. I do watch the tax sales records, talk to the builder (sold out now and gone), and consider all my options. I think anyone buying a home these days is doing a little wishful thinking. I also think that inflation is coming soon, and hard assets are the place to be. My water bill on a landscaped lot with pool costs about $300 a month, but I put in more grass than I probably should have. Dont even ask about the electric bill – ouch! Take care, L.L.

December 3, 2009 at 12:12 PM #489866recordsclerkParticipantIt looks like they are going to finish up the Viscaya Build. This is a really good price comparing to the current inventory.
15583 COBBLE CREEK LANE, SD – Scripps Miramar, CA 92131 is listed for $759,900
Single story 3738sqft home.“The final build-out for viscaya at stonebridge estates has begun. This home will be complete in early april 2010. Framing has just begun, so there is still time for buyers to select interior upgrades. Very sharp single story home priced to sell!!! Tuscan elevation, interior atrium with outdoor fireplace, gourmet kitchen. Quality construction throughout.”
