Standard Pacific Homes in Santee Still Overpriced?

There are 19 homes in the currently-being-build phase of Canopy park.

As of last Thursday, only 3 homes remained available (all were plan 5’s).

Standard Pacific has now raised prices – roughly $5-15K, depending on homesite, plan, etc

The market, at least at Riverwalk, is booming again.

Matt said he had several prospects for the remaining three units. I would expect them to sell soon.
