GuestFrom the desert to the sea it appears that listings are slowing to a halt, and the remainder of homes out there are nothing to get too excited about. I am begining to wonder if banks are slowing their process of REO to ease some of the burden on their books. Seems to me the smarter thing would be a fire sale to get them off the books and done with. Maybe they are hoping to stall long enough waiting for a market change and higher prices ~laugh.
