new house hunterThat is a great quote by sdrealtor- so true. As a buyer, everything that I’ve looked out that would qualify as a great house, has moved pretty fast. There’s a ton of crappy houses out there, there’s one on Melba in Encinitas that had a geodesic dome for a living room- are you kidding me??

March 31, 2008 at 10:54 PM #179060anParticipantThere’s a lot of crappy houses out there that’s priced like it’s a great house and it sits, chasing the market down. As a buyer, I do see decently priced home getting snapped up pretty quickly this spring. We’ll see if it’ll continue past the spring bounce. Only time will tell.

My posts are certainly not endorsements of the market, you know, that line that lots of NAR guys use, “you better buy now as you will not see these prices again” far from that. It is just a grinder waiting it out.
