I think without all the interventions, maybe at best $150/sqft. but $125/sqft would have been for something along the line of a Silvercrest home backing to the new Sprinters line in San Marcos.

I think without all the interventions, maybe at best $150/sqft. but $125/sqft would have been for something along the line of a Silvercrest home backing to the new Sprinters line in San Marcos.
