ParticipantI know I was pretty depressed about Scripps as well. I do have several people looking in Encinitas so that is good. For the most part though sellers there are still digging in.

Yikes !! I know these are getting close to making sense for first-time buyers when comparing to rent. I wonder how much is due to a backlog of short sale offers being sat upon ???
Otherwise, it seems pretty healthy to me.
