Actually PorkmanDelardo here. I am the one who posts the Notice of Default or Notice of Sale on your front door when you stop making your mortgage payments. I also own a mailhouse. We specialize in mailing time sensitive, legal type notices for trustees, lawyers, etc. . You got it…. more default notices. I am also a Realtor and a Notary Public. My businesses are going thru thru roof as you can imagine. Been in business since 1998 and last month was my second biggest month ever. October will be my biggest month. I see all of the trends of foreclosure activity first hand in my businesses. Matter of fact, I am posting my cousins’ $1,000,000 house this Sunday. (very embarrassing for me and him).
My motto is, don’t shoot the messenger. I feel sorry for all the people who’s lives I impact, but I am happy to finally see my business thriving, after a few lean years. Whicheverway the market turns, I hope to have all my bases covered.
By the way, the old adage, “Show me a Hummer in the driveway, and I’ll show you a house in pre-foreclosure.” is true. I see it all the time. ( for the record, I drive a Hummer – 10 mpg and a Prius 60mpg = avg 40mpg.) Hope not to see you soon. Porkman

Thek, Shrek, whatever.. Lenders don’t hire hit men to post notices. Lenders don’t even foreclose on borrowers who default. Trustees do. All part of the statutes that govern the foreclosure process in CA. Look them up sometime and educate yourself. Send me your address and I’ll tell you if I’ve posted it? Or better yet, if you are thinking about selling, let’s hook up, so I can be your listing agent. I have my D&B number, Fed tax ID number,Notary commission number, CA Dept of RE agent number, and license plate numbers for my Hummmer and Prius anytime you want to see them. No BS here, just adding my real hands on experience to the mix. I don’t need to wait to see the latest default rates as I am one step ahead of everyone else. By the way, if you want to buy a list of foreclosures, I cannot help you. That would be unethical. I am sure you can finds lots of lists for sale on the internet or your local Pennysaver.
