A Realtor friend mentioned that the SEH area:
– Has nice temps due to the altitude.
– Is a fire trap
– The schools are “The Worst”
– School’s locations are in bad or worse proximity to
fire? (might have this one wrong)
– Wouldn’t suggest that people buy there for the negative reasons. However, having visited friends who live there, it’s otherwise a nice area. Though, the commute to visit is more than longish. (But our friends business is close by to SEH, so, its not a bad commute for them at all.)
All relative I spose.

where is just like half-carlsbad-half oceanside.Design of town center of SEH is a diaster.

January 28, 2008 at 12:51 AM #143791djcParticipantin all honesty, I have never been to SEH.
I used to live in the La Costa Hills apartments, right next to Stagecoach Park. This was during the big fires of 96(?) and watched the fire crest the hill to the north and burn toward home.
Didn’t that area all burn in those fires?
There was another Harmony Grove fire back in 80’s too.
