ParticipantIt is all in the ear of the beholder. Personally it is a total show stopper for me but I am sensitive to noise. While it may not bother you to much if you are ever going to sell it again, you will lose a segment of potential buyers because they may not have the same tolerance as you. How big that segment is, is unknown.

Participantthe higher the traffic speed the louder the noise. That street averages 50 MPH if not more at times. I say pull up a lawn chair at one of the corners one of these days and stay there for at least an hour to experience what it would be like for a long time to come.
