It is all in the ear of the beholder. Personally it is a total show stopper for me but I am sensitive to noise. While it may not bother you to much if you are ever going to sell it again, you will lose a segment of potential buyers because they may not have the same tolerance as you. How big that segment is, is unknown.

I say pull up a lawn chair at one of the corners one of these days and stay there for at least an hour to experience what it would be like for a long time to come.
