ParticipantIt does not make sense in this market to get suckered into the ugly duckling or less desirable in the neighborhood. Go find 10 houses at a higher price that you like more and offer the same price as the road house…. you never know.
For the record, I really hate road noise.

ParticipantPlease read the comments on power line in Stonebridge. To some extent road noise has similar impact on the resale value of your home but is even less attractive to most buyers due to air pollution in addition to the noise issue.
