I have to admit I wasn’t sure where this topic was going; I was thinking about the fact that most US children by the age of 12 have seen ~14,000 simulated murders on TV.
As for education, I use it heavily. You know the ones: KHAN Academy and the like.
I think they are great – when you can’t get through the videos can be helpful.
But no they won’t replace a teacher.

Could you provide a citation for this? It seems very off. 3-4 per DAY? Maybe it’s the term “simulated murder” I’m struggling with. If a storm trooper gets killed by a Jedi in Clone Wars, is that a simulated murder?
