Only a clueless bimbo like that would dare go against Peter Schiff now.

January 2, 2008 at 11:46 PM #128520AnonymousGuestI’m not going to call her “Bimbo”, but this real estate agent was pretty ridiculous. I think Schiff would have come across as more credible if he had not have kept making plugs about his “predictions”.

January 3, 2008 at 12:08 AM #128477temeculaguyParticipantSeriously, that woman was so stupid that it looked almost rigged. I could walk into the local Century 21 office and find some housewife/realtor that could argue the merits of buying now better than that woman, hell I could do it and I don’t even believe it.
I miss David Lereah. Sure he was full of crap but he was good at it, I’d watch and think “stupid people are going to believe him.” Ever since he left there is no leadership on the pro-side of the aisle, Yun makes me want to go to sleep, I can quote almost anyone I have ever met, read or seen and I cannot tell you three words he has uttered in a row. The NAHB’s economist, David Seiders, is practically bearish on housing and all the t.v. shows can muster is former prom queens turned realtors to debate actual economists who have written books, that lady hasn’t even read any. There should be some sort of handicapping or point spread now that it is completely unfair. Maybe housing bears should be told that they cannot use a word containing a certain letter for their entire appearance but not told the letter until ten seconds before air. “O.K. Mr. Schiff, you can’t use any word that contains the letter “R” for the entire debate.” Please give me something, form a competition comittee or bring David back, at least he would sidestep the facts in a clever way.
