This is great news, scaredy!! I’m so happy for you and your family! I’m sure you probably made the deal of a lifetime. I have never seen the combo of low interest rates AND the multitude of distressed properties either on lenders books (or soon to be there) happen simultaneously, as we have now. IMO, the conditions are near perfect at present for a buyer to make the deal of their dreams!
