November 26, 2010 at 9:40 AM #633369desmondParticipant
it’s such a relief to be able to stop incinerating all this cash by paying rent and finally being able to at least create one or two decent memories for the family before all the kids are over 18 and to at last be able to have some pride of ownership as a result of this large mortgage.
Just kidding. sort of.
If you were not incinerating cash (renting) then you would not have bought at 50% off peak prices. I guess now that you are a homeowner you can start bashing the lowly renters that will never have any decent memories. Glad you bought be try not to bash other people in the process.
