CoronitaParticipantIf you REALLLLLLY like living across the street from an elementary school, Sausalito isn’t bad. Some of the floorplans are decent, albeit it’s pretty cramped between homes. Great access to the 3rd best school in the area….
Have you considered Trilogy?

ParticipantI love my older home (category 1) near Carmel Creek School. Great neighbors, great family vibe, great school–although if I didn’t have kids I might not like it as much.

ParticipantHi Flu
Yes being so close to an elementary school gives me some concerns. I was planning on driving over in the morning to see how bad it could be. Any insights to share?I’m debating between Category 1 and 3…since my husband doesn’t like twinhomes. The delimma really is that old homes have worse floor plans but better property (bigger lot of larger yards) while the newer homes have better floor plans but more cramped.
I did look at trilogy. I want a driveway and triology doesn’t have it. And I don’t care for paying more HOA just becuase it’s a gated community.
Is Carriage Run still charing $750K+ for the new homes in the area?
thanks,
