Most residents do their shopping in 4 S Ranch or at Highland Village. It’s not too inconvenient to get there. Yes, the lots are small but the homes are appealing and the price seems to be right. The drawback is the high MR.
How high is the MR? The sales office don’t have a break down of the numbers, but said total fee is about 2% of the purchase price. I like the del sur room and masterroom balcony.
