I agree. We are certainly seeing the ‘primo’ properties in North County getting hit.
You pay $10k just for MR and HOA and another $13k for property tax which is almost $2k/month for all fees and taxes!!?? Is that really worth it? Why not buy a house in La Jolla for a little more and save on MR and taxes…? Am I missing something?
