AN, I figured out the discrepancy on the condo… Redfin has a separate filter for condo and one for townhome. Unfortunately it looks like some sellers classify things as townhomes when they really are condos… Checking townhome and condo, produces a lot more attached units… A whopping 5 attached homes in MM… Lol….

Landlords trying to rent properties do this too, calling a condo a townhome. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to search as a renter.
