ParticipantI personally would keep watch on this. With 2x and 3x ETF, it doesn’t pay to be the early adopter, especially in this situation. I would feel safer to wait for all the fallout to happen and the ETF to start going back up. Maybe once it has been up 10%, then I would jump in. Another good source to use to help you determine when to buy would be: http://www.stockconsultant.com/consultnow/basicplus.cgi?&symbol=RUSL. It has help thus far.

JSC VTB Bank VTBR 4.06[/quote]On Bloomberg today, someone was saying they were still against Russia saying that even without this Crimea issue, Russian stocks were trading at like 4x or something before any of this happened so there are a lot of other issues out there for Russia.
No idea honestly…stocks are still near all time highs for a lot of companies…waiting to nibble.

ParticipantERUS up 4% today… Thoughts? Dead cat bounce, or was prior decline an over-reaction?

ParticipantMaybe they figured out that no one can afford to upset the apple cart just yet.
That and they have nuclear subs.
Too costly for everyone.
I don’t see a flag flying state ever attack directly.
Wow people forget…
