M2C, after seeing some places selling for way less than asking, if there are places on the market for considerable amount of time, w/the right realtor, perhaps they will persuaded to take a lower offer. The way I look at it now, it doesn’t hurt to ask. The worse they can say is no, and then you’ll just have to wait a little longer. From what others have said, prices are expected to come down there. Go for it. 430k is not that insulting from 460k. I’m thinking of offering way lower for some places I’m interested in. May the force be with you!
