Ridiculously low contract rate jobs

I’d guess that job posting is all about proving there aren’t any qualified U.S. workers to take the job … “We looked and looked for months and no qualified candidates replied!”

I got some dodo recruiter that contacted me about a wonderful opportunity as a Junior QA engineer in florida from LinkedIn… I responded “do you even bother to try to read people’s profile?” Apparently not…
