blahblahblah
ParticipantI send 99% of the job inquiries I receive straight to Wipro for this very reason. I don’t think they can even get that rate in India.
Don’t deal with those recruiter/contract houses at all, they are almost all a bunch of crooks. If they can find a sucker for that job they will be charging the customer $100/hr or more and pocketing $65/hr for themselves.

ParticipantUh, yeah….my rate is just a little higher. Even when I was a FTE my W2 salary was demonstrably higher than that.
These folks in management never seen to understand that you get what you pay for. $35/hr seems great until you realize the product takes 3x to build and sucks 3x as bad as if you’d hired someone competent.
“If you think it’s expensive to hire an expert, wait until you hire an amateur”.

ParticipantI’d guess that job posting is all about proving there aren’t any qualified U.S. workers to take the job … “We looked and looked for months and no qualified candidates replied!”
