Would appreciate any recommendations on a good realtor for the North Park/South Park areas.
For those who are curious – relocated to SD in 2004 but did not buy b/c I thought the market was inflated. BUT even though I still think the market is high (at least in the areas that I like), I think I have to face realty and the low supply is going to continue to support ridiculous prices for dinky homes in a “cute/old” areas. But I am one of the people who want to live in the neighborhood, so I just gotta suck it up, pay the price and take the plunge. (Another sideliner bites the dust!)
