I don’t know what you know of women (for real) but I do know they can really hold grudges. Imagine bearishgirl with a good portion of Trump’s resources. Be careful of what you write.
I have a real estate dispute/lawsuit against a woman. long story short, she will lose. Everything could have been avoided if she were nice and reasonable. I just learned to be patient and just laugh. Women are sensitive and they don’t like to be mocked. Easiest way to upset them is to say something not nice and have it get back to them.
The reason I like Hillary is because she’s more like a man. I think it’s stupid for her to try to be more feminine, softer, etc. but I understand society still can’t accept a strong woman. I don’t care because i don’t feel threatened. I hope we elect a butch lesbian one day.
You are an idiot. Basically what you are saying is that men, and people who are like men, are appropriate for the presidency. How about a woman who isn’t like a man? Whoops – they are “sensitive and don’t like to be mocked.” Are you 109 years old? Where do you come up with this stuff?
There is a difference between a strong woman (i.e. Mother Theresa) and a woman who is like a man. What it sounds like to me is that you don’t like women – which is entirely up to you. I’m interested in hearing the outcome of the lawsuit ;).
October 18, 2016 at 10:49 AM #802454FlyerInHiGuestI’m just being tongue in cheek.
What I’m saying is that women suffer more from society’s expectations of them. their options are more limited especially in politics or high power positions. We could argue the dress code and make-up requirements are costly and oppressive.More specific to Hillary, she’s accused is not being feminine enough, a bitch as Trump supporter would say. And when she tries to be softer, people claim she’s fake. its a tough balancing act for Hillary.

It’s a broad claim that insulates Trump. He won’t fix anything.
Trump is like a mafia boss or a Russian oligarch. They do anything they want because they have power and they brag about it.
If you belong to the boss’ gang and kiss his ass some of his patronage will come your way.October 18, 2016 at 11:49 AM #802456allParticipant

And if the rules have been broken it just proves Trump’s (and broader sociological) point that government exists to protect interests of ruling class.
Very hard to make the case that Trump is anymore like a mafia boss then Hillary or Obama.
But, at this point, I might even be willing to write-in a mafia boss if I knew a “good” one.
October 18, 2016 at 12:43 PM #802458FlyerInHiGuestMy cousin lives near the wedding site in NY and it was the talk of the village.
Lots of people were not invited. Trump was not invited. We did go to the inn where the Clintons had breakfast. Overrated.

He only gets invited because Melania was once a low grade illegal immigrant model of some kind or another.

Ah, bummer. I thought I saw them together that time. It was HRC at Trump’s wedding. You were not invited to that one, either.
October 18, 2016 at 1:24 PM #802461NotCrankyParticipantHe has donated more to D’s than to R’s , THAT”S why Hillary went…or maybe for the food, who cares of if he is a Mafia boss? Hillary doesn’t.

Although Trump went to UPenn, mafia bosses normally don’t have Ivy League education. In Vegas, I meet old people who long for the days of old Vegas when things were run by the mafia. I think it’s the longing for neighborhood where they knew the casino host and could get a comp. Sure it’s more impersonal now and comps have to be earned in points tracked by computers. But I feel it’s so much better now with so many more opportunities.

This is more nuanced than I thought.

If that’s the case, then why the passion, or even preferrence for one candidate over another?
Back in the day, the Clintons were young idealists who wanted to change the establishment. Obama was the same. There were progressive changes.
I tell my Republican friends who say “they are all the same” to save their passion and just vote for Hillary.

Yes but I forgive her for trying to make a better life for herself. Was she ever malicious at all?
