realtors, public database divers, etc… Is there a way

Is there a way to get a listing of all the properties that closed on a specific day?

It’s more than 6 months ago, but less than a year ago.

I haven’t figured out a way to pull that info from redfin/sdlookup etc.

I don’t have the apn… just the party’s names, and the date. (From the recorders deed search online.)

I’m trying to save a trip to the county office to look up the info.

I know there’s got to be a way to do this…

that was a good resource…
Unfortunately there are 74 transactions that day and unless you are a paid subscriber – you can only look at 10…
No matter how I sorted – I couldn’t get the record I was interested in.

Just call them and ask for a free trial.

There’s this from the county recorder but I don’t this it’s what you want. You can search by a partial street name (i.e. enter “a” in the street and you’ll get every record where the street starts with A).

That’s the database I found the parties in.
(did a grant deed search on the name.)
so now I have party names, and date… but am curious about address.

I’m going to give up – I don’t want to be a stalker.
