that was a good resource…
Unfortunately there are 74 transactions that day and unless you are a paid subscriber – you can only look at 10…
No matter how I sorted – I couldn’t get the record I was interested in.Darn it.

ParticipantThere’s this from the county recorder but I don’t this it’s what you want. You can search by a partial street name (i.e. enter “a” in the street and you’ll get every record where the street starts with A).

That’s the database I found the parties in.
(did a grant deed search on the name.)
so now I have party names, and date… but am curious about address.I’m going to give up – I don’t want to be a stalker.
